At CINELUX, we aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping. Please review our shipping details, estimated delivery times, and restrictions below.

1. Where We Ship

We offer shipping to the following regions:

United Kingdom & Europe

Including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

United States & Canada

Australia, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar

If your country is excluded from shipping, you will be notified at checkout. If you’re unsure, please contact us at info@cinelux.co.uk before placing an order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value. All shipping rates are visible before payment.

We ship using UPS for all UK and international orders. All shipments include tracking, and most require a signature upon delivery.

UK Orders:
• Orders over £150: Free shipping (2–4 business days)
• Orders under £150: £5.99 (2–4 business days)

Europe:
• £14.99 – Standard International (2–11 business days)

USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and more:
• £23.99 – Standard International (3–17 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 10am (UK time) Monday to Friday are prioritised for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 10am, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CINELUX is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please allow additional time for customs clearance and local courier processing.

If your package has not arrived and the tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at info@cinelux.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier.

CINELUX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

CINELUX is also not responsible for missed deliveries. It is the recipients responsibility to be available for a signature confirmation on delivery.

6. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of customs fees, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
